IX. BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
What if the battery condition meter dips way down and the motor surges or hesitates when I press the
throttle control lever?
n Fully charge your scooters batteries. See V. Batteries and Charging.
n Have your authorised Pride Provider load test each battery.
What if the main circuit breaker trips repeatedly?
n Charge the scooters batteries more frequently. See V. Batteries and Charging.
n If the problem persists, have both of your scooters batteries load tested by your authorised Pride Provider.
n See V. Batteries and Charging or III. Specifications for information about your scooters battery type.
n Check the fuse located next to the circuit breaker button.
In the event the fuse ceases to work (blows):
n Remove the fuse by pulling it out of its slot.
n Examine the fuse to be sure it is blown. See figures 26 and 27.
n Insert a new fuse of the proper rating.
