Why can't my Prime GPS get a GPS fix?

Why can't Prime AT PLUS GPS report messages to the backend server?
If your Prime GPS device is unable to send messages to the backend server via the mobile network, this could be due to an incorrect APN setting. Some APNs do not allow direct internet access. Contact your network operator to get the correct APN settings. It could also be due to a wrong IP address or port for the backend server. Ensure the IP address for the backend server is a valid internet address.
