TROUBLE SHOOTTING
Press torch switch, can
hear hf voice and blue
arc when torch touch
metal, no output can not
to get arc starting.
•Torch cable connect not
well or problem, ground
wire problem.
•PCB problems to connect
to the ground.
•Inspection.
Can not to get arc
starting.
•Distance problem between
HF point, or over life.
•Power leakage on HF
board.
•Gas/power connector
damaged cause power
leakage.
•Adjust the distance
between hf point.
•Inspection.
•Check and replace.
Hf keep working after
press torch trigger.
•HF disturb the torch switch.
•Machine set on function 4t.
•Check each point,
make sure no hf power
leakage.
•Please understand how
to use 2T/4T.
No pilot arc but have hf
after press torch trigger.
•Check pilot arc wire touch
good or not.
•Torch consumables maybe
touch not well.
•Pilot arc wire loosen inside
of machine.
•Pilot arc relay problem.
•Inspect is there any
problem on torch.
•Check is there any
problem on pilot arc.
Fan not working while
welding.
•24V fan problem or wires
problem.
•Inspection.
