Then, use the hex key to turn both idler roller screws clockwise, 1/4 of a turn. The walking belt is correctly tightened when you can lift each edge 2 to 3 inches off the walking platform.
How to fix Pro-Form 6.0 RT console displays that don't function properly?
First, remove the key from the console and unplug the power cord. Then, ensure that the gap between the Magnet and the Reed Switch is about 1/8 inch (3 mm). If the walking belt is overtightened, use a hex key to turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the walking belt 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7 cm) off the walking platform.
