The Aqua-Pro series is a versatile and intelligent nutrient control system designed for various hydroponic planting sites, including drip irrigation, aeroponics, deep water culture, ebb & flow, wick systems, and NFT. It manages water level, mixes nutrient pools and stock solutions, and distributes nutrient fertilizers through EC and pH balance control. The system also offers various irrigation modes.
Function Description
The Aqua-Pro system comprises a control board, a sensor control module (including EC, pH, temperature, water level, and other sensors), an RS485 communication module, a 5-inch screen, and various independent device control modules. Fertilizer distribution and acid balance are achieved using high-precision peristaltic pumps, expandable up to eight channels (standard configuration is seven channels for EC control and one for pH+ or pH- control). Each functional module can be operated manually or automatically based on user-defined parameters. The system features a user-friendly human-computer interaction interface, making it suitable for container planting factories, small and medium-sized plant factories, and individual planting.
The Aqua-Pro series offers different models:
- Aqua-pro Basic.Ver: Provides basic fertilizer distribution using EC and pH sensors.
- Aqua-pro-I Irrigation.Ver: Adds water replenishment, mixing, and irrigation functions to the Basic.Ver.
- Aqua-pro-IE full-featured.Ver: Includes environmental control functions in addition to the Irrigation.Ver features.
Users can configure functional modules to suit different planting scenarios. For large-area setups with extensive equipment, it is recommended to use Aqua-pro to control a distribution cabinet (user-provided or customized), functional modules, and other equipment like nutrient pools, mixing devices, water supply pumps (valves), irrigation pumps, irrigation main valves, irrigation sub-valves, and mixing valves via dry contacts. The system supports setting multiple irrigation sub-valves for time-sharing (average) rotation irrigation in different areas during scheduled irrigation periods.

Usage Features
- Water Level and Recirculating Water Settings: Users can set refill, high, low, and target water levels for the nutrient pool, with real-time data display. Manual or automatic water replenishment is available, with an alarm for timeout in automatic mode. Circulating water waiting time can also be set.
- Nutrient Distribution Settings:
- Monitor Mode: Monitors EC, water temperature, and pH without peristaltic pump operation.
- Daily Supplement Dosing: Replenishes fertilizer to reach target EC and pH values, even if conditions for restarting the peristaltic pump are not met. EC and pH can be set separately.
- Recipe Setting: Configures working status, type (EC, pH+, pH-), and working time ratio for each peristaltic pump. Pump 1 defaults to pH type. The system uses the fertilizer with the highest ratio to match the fertilizer time as a reference for non-1:1 nutrient solution addition ratios.
- EC Target Value Setting: Maintains the target EC value of the nutrient solution. Includes settings for deadband, alarm values (low/high limit), single dosing time/mix time, and max dosing cycles to prevent over-dosing.
- pH Target Value Setting: Maintains the target pH value of the nutrient solution. Includes settings for deadband, pH+ mode (adds alkali), pH- mode (adds acid), alarm values (low/high limit), and max dosing cycles.
- Mixing Settings: Nutrient pool mixing can be set independently or in conjunction with the irrigation pump during fertilizer distribution. Daily mixing times can be scheduled, preferably during irrigation OFF periods. Manual start/stop of mixing is also possible.
- Irrigation Settings:
- Irrigation Priority (system default): Prioritizes irrigation, stopping it only if water level reaches low, or EC/pH overrun, or water temperature overrun.
- Fertilizer Distribution Priority: Prioritizes fertilizer distribution, stopping irrigation if EC or pH is triggered.
- Modes: Auto Cycle, Auto Timer, Soil Moisture, and Manual OFF.
- Auto Cycle: Sets opening, closing, and daily cycle times.
- Auto Timer: Sets up to 10 groups of timers for switching and daily cycles.
