[LIMit
]POWer
{HIGHLOW} or WHWL
Command Syntax:
[LIMit]POWer{ HIGHLOW}{SP}{ NR2 }{NL}
[LIMit]POWer{ HIGHLOW} {NL}
[WHWL]{SP}{ NR2 }{NL}
[WHWL]?{NL}
Purpose:
Set & read the HIGH / LOW load power limits when operating in CP or
CR modes.
Description: This command is used to set 2 power LIMIT values. Operation
Outside these LIMIT values will cause a NG signal.
1. The LOW level cannot be higher than the HIGH level.
2. If the power taken by the load falls below the LOW limit then a No
Good (NG) signal is available
3. If the power rises above the HIGH limit then the NG signal is available
4. If the power stays between HIGH and LOW LIMIT levels the NG
Signal will not be sent.
[LIMit
] VOLtage
{HIGHLOW} or VHVL)
Command Syntax:
[LIMit] VOLtage{ HIGHLOW}{SP}{ NR2 }{NL}
[LIMit] VOLtage{ HIGHLOW} {NL}
[VHVL]{SP}{ NR2 }{NL}
[VHVL]?{NL}
Purpose:
Set & read the HIGH / LOW limits of voltage present at the load terminals.
Description: This command is used to set 2 voltage LIMIT values. Operation
Outside these LIMIT values will cause a NG signal.
1. The LOW level cannot be higher than the HIGH level.
2. If the voltage at the load input falls below the LOW limit then a No
Good (NG) signal is available
3. If the voltage rises above the HIGH limit then the NG signal is
Available.
4. If the current stays between HIGH and LOW LIMIT levels the NG
Signal will not be sent.
[LIMit
] SVHSVL
Command Syntax:
[LIMit] {SVHSVL}{SP}{ NR2 }{NL}
[LIMit] {SVHSVL}?{NL}
Purpose: Set & read the upper and lower voltage levels during for short test.
Description: This command is used to set 2 voltage LIMIT values. If during the
Short test the voltage is outside these LIMIT values a NG signal will be
Given.
1. The LOW level cannot be higher than the HIGH level.
2. If the voltage at the load input falls below the LOW limit then a No Good
(NG) signal is available
3. If the voltage rises above the HIGH limit then the NG signal is given.
4. If the current stays between HIGH and LOW LIMIT levels the NG signal
Will not be sent.
