What to do if my Progressive Dynamics Media Converter has no output?
    • O
      orobinsonJul 31, 2025
If the Progressive Dynamics Media Converter has no output, first ensure the 120 VAC supply is properly connected. Then, check the AC distribution panel for proper operation. If external fuses are blown, check for reverse polarity. Also, trace RV circuits for any faults, and check air flow to prevent overheating. Furthermore, verify that the input voltage is correct. Finally, allow the unit to cool down if it has overheated.

Why does my Progressive Dynamics Media Converter have intermittent output on generator?
    • F
      faith36Aug 6, 2025
If the Progressive Dynamics Media Converter experiences intermittent or no output on generator power but works on shore power, it might be due to over voltage. Adding another load to the generator could reduce voltage spikes to an acceptable level. If the problem persists, contact the generator manufacturer to check for possible defects.

What to do if my Progressive Dynamics PD9100 Media Converter has low output?
    • J
      Jonathan ChangAug 25, 2025
If the Progressive Dynamics Media Converter has low output, it might be due to excessive load. Reduce the load requirements or install a larger converter. Also, ensure the input voltage is between 105-130 VAC; correct it if necessary. Finally, check for bad battery cells and replace the battery if needed.
