  The incoming call may have been answered too quickly before you heard the ringing tone. Please use your phone to transfer the audio back to the phone for the current ongoing call. Answer the call only when you hear a ringing tone next time. If the problem persists, reconnect the phone or create a new pairing before the next incoming call.
