weather, apply a special anti-
fog solution.
Wireless remote
control will not
operate.
Remote control is not
activated.
Low battery.
Activate the remote control
according to instructions.
Install a new CR2032 battery.
Smartphone or tablet
PC cannot be
connected to the
unit.
Password in the unit was
changed.
Delete network and connect
again inserting the password
saved in the unit.
Poor image quality /
Detection range

The clamp of the
adapter cannot be

Check the gap between the lips
of the adapters.
To ensure stable Wi-Fi
performance, move the unit to
an area with few or no Wi-Fi
networks.
There are too many Wi-Fi
networks in the area where
the unit is located which may
cause signal interference.
