To resolve this, ensure the transformer is connected, use a working outlet or repair the existing one, use an uninterrupted outlet and ensure proper voltage, replace the battery (CR2032), replace the transformer, or replace the PC board.

To resolve this, disconnect power, ensure the motor is fully engaged, check for broken wires, and ensure the two-pin connector is connected to the PC Board. Also, ensure the PC Board is correctly clipped into the drive bracket, check the foil on the reduction gear for foreign material, replace any missing gears, or replace the defective PC Board. Finally, connect power and perform a 'dry' reset.
