TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SHOCK, BURNS, FIRE OR INJURY:
Fo optimal safety and opeation, plug bed base into a suge
potecto (not included). The bed base should only be plugged
diectly into a wall outlet o suge potecto (stongly ecommended).
Always unplug the base fom the electical outlet befoe sevicing
any pat of the base. To educe isk of electic shock, unplug the
base befoe cleaning. To safely disconnect, ensue the base is in a at
position with all motos o, and unplug fom powe souce. Keep
the powe cod away fom heated sufaces. Discontinue use of the
bed base and contact a qualied sevice cente if: it has a damaged
cod o plug, if it is not woking popely, o it has been dopped
into wate. Only use this bed base fo its intended use as descibed
in this manual. Do not use accessoies/attachments that ae not
ecommended by the manufactue. Close supevision is equied
when the bed base is used by o nea childen, convalescents,
disabled pesons o pets. Impope connection of the equipment
can esult in the isk of electical shock, electical e o faulty
opeation of this bed base. If the plug does not t you outlet,
contact a qualied electician to install a suitable outlet. Unauthoized
modication o failue to use a wall outlet o suge potecto could
void the electical potion of you waanty.
SAFETY FEATURES:
Manual opeation – If something gets caught in the platfom when
attened, you can manually aise the platfom up by lifting at both
the head and foot to elieve pessue and allow fo elease.
Child-lockout – This emote contol is pogammed with a child-lock
safety featue. Infomation on activation and deactivation of this
featue can be found on the Remote Contol page(s).
Emegency stop – Stop the motion of the platfom by pessing any
button on the emote contol.
Powe outage – Use the “Emegency Battey Backup Stap” as a
tempoay powe souce to get the base to a desied position.

CHILDREN AND PETS:
Immediately dispose of all packing mateials as it may pose a
smotheing isk to small childen and pets. To avoid injuy, it is not
advised to allow childen and small pets to play on o unde the bed.
Childen should not opeate the bed base without adult supevision.
PACEMAKERS:
Some poducts contain Neodymium MAGNETS which may intefee
with devices such as pacemakes, ICD’s and any othe device sensitive
to magnetic elds. It is STRONGLY ecommended that ownes of
such medical devices consult thei physician pio to using poducts
that contain Neodymium MAGNETS. It is also possible that some
pacemakes may falsely intepet the optional massage featue
vibations as movement/execise. This is a common occuence with
any poduct that ceates a vibating movement and may aect the
pacemake. Please consult you physician befoe using the massage
featue.
IN-HOME USE AND HOSPITAL STANDARDS:
Egomotion adjustable bed bases ae designed solely fo in-home
use. This base was not designed as a hospital bed and is not
designed to meet hospital standads. Do not use this base with TENT
TYPE oxygen theapy equipment o nea explosive gases.
