foot section fo vaious conguations of the mattess suppot
platfom shall be ± 3°, which tanslates to a toleance of up to ¾”.
Any adjustable foundation deemed to be within these allocated
toleances is consideed to have met the manufactue’s quality
contol standads.
THAT “NEW PRODUCT” SMELL:
Some people notice a slight odo to thei new adjustable base—
this can come fom ou mateial manufactuing pocess. This smell
is nomal and usually disappeas befoe the poduct eaches you.
Sometimes, howeve, this smell may still be noticeable. It usually
disappeas afte a few weeks, poviding adequate ventilation of the
poduct and the envionment.
BREAK IN PERIOD:
You can speed up the beak-in peiod by simply spending time in
the adjustable bed though activities such as eading, watching TV
o playing with the kids o gandkids. The exta movement will help
the adjustable base espond to weight and tempeatue changes.
Some of the mateials in ou adjustable bases such as the woods,
metals and plastics used in the platfom, fame and components ae
sensitive to moistue content and tempeatue and may make sounds
in colde envionments.
PAIRED OPERATION:
When opeating a “paied” split base setup thee may be a time
latency up to 1.5 seconds between each bases aticulation.
WEAR AND TEAR:
Wea and tea is damage that natually and inevitably occus as a
esult of nomal use o aging.
FABRIC CARE:
To polong the life of you fabic, potect fom diect sunlight
wheneve possible. Fo spot cleaning, wipe aea with a light damp
sponge o vacuum with a soft bush attachment to emove paticles.
Keep at a minimum of 30cm (12 inches) away fom diect heat
souces. Fo a deepe cleaning, blot liquid spills with a clean dy cloth.
Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with wam wate. Do not wet
excessively. A soft bistle bush may be used to emove ingained
soil. Avoid scatching by gentle bushing. Wipe with a clean cloth
dampened with wam wate to emove esidues. Dy in shade away
fom diect heat. If pesistent maks emain visible afte cleaning, seek
pofessional advice.
PRODUCT RATINGS:
The lift motos ae not designed to opeate continuously fo moe
than [2] minutes in an [18] minute time peiod o appoximately
10% duty cycle. Attempting to cicumvent o exceed this ating
will shoten the life expectancy of the poduct and may void
the waanty. The massage motos ae not designed to opeate
continuously fo moe than 30 minutes at a time. Please allow the
massaging system to est fo 30 minutes afte automatic massage
shut o befoe estating.
WEIGHT LIMITS:
This poduct is not ated to suppot weights in excess of 750 pounds
inclusive of the mattess and bedding. The base will stuctually
suppot this weight, povided it is evenly distibuted acoss the bed
base. The adjustable base is not designed to suppot o lift this
amount in the head o foot sections alone. Exceeding this weight
estiction could damage the bed and/o cause injuy and will void
the waanty.
