1. When the controller can’t be turned on, it may be
caused of insucient power in battery. Please make sure
the controller fully charged.
2. When the controller occurs suddenly shut down or
disconnection, please keep the controller with device
within 7 meters or reconnect.
3. When the controller not working after connected with
phone, please check if the working mode and button
mapping are correct.
4. If some gaming buttons are not working under Plug and
Play mode, please if the mapping button of controller
covered in gaming button.
5. Please note that the controller isn’t compatible with
Android phone which uses MediaTek chip under plug and
play mode.
6.If you connected with mistake model, please cancel
paired mode and records, then connect the correct mode.

Sleeping
Mode
When the gamepad occurs to functional disorder, dead
halt or other abnormalities, it can be reset by pressing
the reset slot on the back of the gamepad.
Under the
pairing state
The controller enters sleep state after
60 seconds no connection.
Under the
reconnect state
The controller enters sleep state after
60 seconds no connection.
Under the
working state
The controller enters sleep state after
5mins no action.
Under the
sleeping state
Press the Power button, it will be
connected automatically.
