Calibration of the Z-axis (QL320HV/HVV):
For the calibration of the Z-axis we recommend to use a calibrated optical
level. Use the horizon of the level in order to calibrate the plumb beam in
vertical mode. Ask your authorised dealer for this procedure if necessary.
To calibrate the height of the laser beam follow the instruction as written
before, just in vertical use. The X and Y LED’s are lit to indicate the Z axis
calibration mode. Move the height of the laser beam with the up and down
arrow keys. Storing and cancelling of the calibration is working as in
horizontal mode.
Error indication during the calibration.
The range of the electronic calibration is marked. If the range will be
exceeded, the X or Y led flashes.
Please make sure that the calibration process was kept correctly. If the laser
can not be calibrated to the correct horizon, it may need mechanical
adjustment. In this case please contact your next service dealer or the QBL
Baulaser GmbH.
