O

ZERO SETTING
The O
2
ZERO reading can be checked
by sampling N
2
. The zero will read 0
ppm, plus or minus 2 ppm O
2
. If the
reading is not in this range adjust the O
2
ZERO potentiometer as needed. This
adjustment should be done carefully
because it will affect all readings, and it
must be done with N
2
, or another inert
gas such as helium or argon, in the
sensor.
ANALOG OUTPUT (OPTIONAL)
The analog output on the terminal strip on the
back of the unit is typically 0-3Vdc or 4-20mA.
The results are linear to the concentration;
please refer to your calibration certificate for
exact values.
Please note that calibration of the analyzer not
only affects the LCD, but also the analog
output. Generally, calibrating to a specific
condition is not necessary – however, if you
notice that you introduce 500 ppm O
2
through
the analyzer, and it reads 450 , you can safely
calibrate the analyzer for better accuracy in
that range.
The output of the sensor is theoretically
perfectly linear, but if you are working
exclusively within a specific range, for example
