Connecting Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) Cables
For each tape drive:
1 Connect one end of a SAS cable to the SAS port on the tape drive.
2 Connect the other end of the cable directly to the host.
CAUTION
The library supports SAS host cable lengths meeting the standard
SAS specification.
