3.1. AT+QOPS
The module can scan all the GSM frequencies and report the detailed information of the Basic Station
even without SIM card inserted in it by this command. Two examples are shown as below:
With SIM card:
Call Ready //Phonebook initialized.
AT+QOPS? //Query nearby base station information.
