7. Maintenance
Maintenance of your Hextio and replacement of consumables is essential to ensure the longevity of the
device.
Ensure the device is switched off and unplugged before conducting any maintenance.
Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a disposable face mask and
gloves when replacing the filter(s) on your device.

Before handling the device to perform maintenance, lightly mist the body with an 85%
alcohol-based (or equivalent) sanitizer.
