Telephone Setup
FIND HANDSET
Page all system
handsets.
/REPEAT
• Press once to repeat a
message.
• Press twice to play previous
message.
Message window
Shows the number of
messages and other
answering system
information.
X/DELETE
• Press once to delete
the message currently
playing.
• When the phone
is not in use, press
twice to delete all
previously reviewed
messages
ANS ON/OFF
Turn the answering
system on or off.
/PLAY/STOP
• Press to play messages.
• Press again to stop
message playback.
VOL
• Press to adjust
the volume during
playback.
• When the phone
is not in use, press
to adjust the
telephone base
ringer volume.
IN USE light
• On when the
handset is in use.
• Flashes when
there is an
incoming call or
when another
telephone
sharing the same
line is in use.
VOICEMAIL light
Flashes when a new
voicemail signal is
received from your
telephone company.
/SKIP
Press to skip to the next
message.
