- The display will show : SEARCH ADD
- Press  (up) /  (down) buttons to select ADD

- Enter the contact Name using alpha numeric buttons
- Press (phone book) button
- Enter the contact Number using number buttons
- Press (phone book) button to confirm
- In on-hook or off-hook
- Press  (up) /  (down) buttons to select the number
- Press (phone book) button
- Enter the contact Name using alpha numeric buttons
- Press (phone book) button
- Confirm the number
- Press (phone book) button
- Press (out) button
- Press  (up) /  (down) buttons to select the number
- Press (phone book) button
- Enter the contact Name using alpha numeric buttons
