*NOTE: Pre-drill all holes for Lag Bolts with the appropriate drill bit.
*NOTE: Check measurements and ensure Uprights are level and square before continuing
with assembly of the play system.
1. Attach Arched Facias (51) to Corner Uprights (75) (76) using 5/16" Hardware (H108) and 1/4"
Hardware (H1) . The tops of the Arched Facias (51) should be 81" up from the bottom of the
Uprights and flush with the tops of the 4 Hole Facia with Rope Hole (52) and the Top Joist with
Swing Holes (77) .
*NOTE: If installing Double Wall Wave Slide opposite of the swing beam (B), 4 Hole Facia
w/Rope Hole (52) and Arched Facia (51) must be installed (as shown) in Facia
Inset.
2. Attach Main Beams (49) to Corner Uprights (75) (76) using 5/16" Hardware (H108) and 1/4"
Hardware (H1) . The top edges of the Main Beams (49) should be 51 3/8" up from the bottom
of the Uprights when properly installed.
*NOTE: Offset counter-sunk holes in Main Beams must be towards the bottom of the set.
*NOTE: Check level of assembly now and periodically throughout construction. It may be
necessary to add or remove some soil from beneath the assembly to level the
play system.
