Next, locate the steam thermostat on the top of the boiler. This thermostat will be
immediately to the right of the brew thermostat. Following the same procedure as the
brew thermostat, remove both connectors from the steam thermostat. See photo below.
Finally, connect the jumper to the two connectors that were just removed from the steam
thermostat. This new jumper wire will bypass the steam thermostat, effectively removing
it from the system, so that the PID will have complete control over the boiler
temperature.
