The machine is equipped with the following protective devices: complete panelling
protection of all the parts subject to heat and of the steam and hot water supplier;
work surface provided with grill and tray to collect split liquids; thermal protection on
the boiler; safe resistance thermal.
Die Maschine ist mit folgenden Schutzvorrichtungen ausgestattet: Heiss werdende
Teile sowie der Dampf- und Heisswassererzeuger sind von einer Schutzverkleidung
umgeben; die Arbeitsfläche hat ein Gitter mit darunterliegenden Auffangbehälter für
Flüssigkeiten; Überhitzungsschutz für den Boiler; Schutzschalter für die Boilerheizung.
