To begin, users need to create a coach account and player profiles on cloud.rapsodo.com. The login credentials are the same for both the Cloud and the Diamond App. The Rapsodo Diamond App, which is crucial for using PITCHING 2.0, must be downloaded from the Apple App Store. The app requires the latest version of iOS and an iPad Air 2 or newer. A team membership is necessary to collect and store all data.
The system consists of a Monitor, a Clip, a Tank, and the RCE. These components are assembled to create the pitching analysis setup.
To turn the monitor on, users press the power button. The front LED display will show RED, indicating the monitor is on but not ready to measure. The rear LED will also show RED when ready to connect. To turn the monitor off, simply press the power button again.
