Tips and Recommendations
Always wear a bicycle helmet that complies with the approved safety standards, when riding a
bicycle
In some countries, the national law requires riders up to 18 to wear helmets while riding a bike.
Therefore, learn the rules and legal regulations applied in the country where you use the bicycle.
Nevertheless, we recommend wearing a bicycle helmet regardless of age for safety reasons.
Be careful that any part of your body, clothing or any other object does not come into contact
with
the drive train, rotating pedals, and chainring, moving chain or turning wheels.
Always wear footwear that sits firm on the pedals. Never ride your bicycle without appropriate
footwear. Wear well-visible clothing, preferably made of reflective material or with reflective
elements. Learn to ride your bicycle well or take advice from your dealer.
