5. Pull out the Quick-Disconnect Pin.
6. Carefully rotate front end downward, away from rear
section, as shown in Illustration 15. Only rotate
partially down (less than 60°) to avoid damaging
surfaces of scooter. Lift front section away and set
aside.

7. Position the Model 600C front section onto rear
section and align Quick Disconnect pin locations on
front and rear. Replace Quick Disconnect Pin,
ensuring that it goes through and locks at both
locations, front and rear. Route wiring harness
through Harness Guide and re-connect, as shown in
Illustration 14.
8. Lower scooter onto all four wheels. Position footplate
as required. Install tiller. Test before using.
