Troubleshooting
Overview
The following information is provided to help diagnose suspected problems with the TM-1 Tilt Module.
Note: Read and follow the instructions in the following sections carefully before contacting customer
support. There are no user serviceable parts within the TM-1 Tilt Module. Verified hardware issues
with the TM-1 will require returning the unit to Raven Industries for repair.
Bypassing the TM-1
If an issue is experienced with the TM-1 in operation, bypass the Tilt Module by removing the DB-9 serial cable
connectors from the ‘GPS IN’ and ‘GPS OUT’ ports on the TM-1 and connecting these two connectors
together. If the problem persists, the TM-1 is operating correctly.
