To fill Hydraulic tank, remove the hose assembly from the
enclosure door by removing the sealing cap (5) on the end
of the fill pipe and removing the coupler (7) from the door.
After the hose is removed, open the left front enclosure door
to gain access to the fill coupler and have room to operate
the hand pump. Place the fill pipe in a container of approved
hydraulic fluid.
Keeping an eye on the hydraulic tank gauge (11) begin
pumping the oil into the machine until tank is filled to proper
level.
Place Fill Hose back on engine door and replace cap and
secure the quick coupler to keep hose clean.
To drain the hydraulic tank, place a catch pan below the
machine large enough to catch the oil drained from the tank.
Remove the engine belly pan cover under the machine. The
cover has 7 bolts, that use a 9/16 wrench to remove.
Once the cover is removed you can remove the plug (14)
that is on the end of the drain hose (13).
Note: Before using and storing hydraulic fill tube wipe
off any debris to reduce fluid contamination.
