Charge Filters
The hydraulic charge filters are located in the engine
compartment. To access both filters, simply open the left
hand engine enclosure doors.
The hydraulic cutter charge filter (15) is located directly above
the cutter pump charge filter (16).
To remove filters use a heavy duty strap wrench and loosen
filter. After filter is removed, check the filter base and filter
to ensure the old gasket is removed.
When installing new filter be sure to put a light film of oil on
the seal before installation.
After new filters are installed check the oil level and fill as
needed.
High Pressure Charge Filter
The high pressure charge filter (16A) is located under the
cab on the left hand side of the machine and is in line with
the high flow system. To change this filter unscrew using a
wrench on the back of the filter housing.
Return and Fill Filter
The Hydraulic Return Filter and the Hydraulic Fill Filter are
both located in the engine compartment. To access the filters,
simply open the left hand engine enclosure door.
The Hydraulic Return Filter (15) is located directly above the
hand operated Hydraulic Fill Pump.
To remove filter use a heavy duty strap wrench and loosen
filter. After filter is removed, check the filter base and filter
to ensure the old gasket is removed.
When installing new filter be sure to put a light film of oil on
the seal before installation.
After new filters are installed check the oil level and fill as
needed.
The Hydraulic Fill Filter (18) is located to the right of the
Hydraulic Return Filter (17). This filter keeps contaminates
from entering the system when filling the machine with oil.
To remove filter use a heavy duty strap wrench and loosen
filter. After filter is removed, check the filter base and filter
to ensure the old gasket is removed.
When installing new filter be sure to put a light film of oil on
the seal before installation.
After new filters are installed check the oil level and fill as
needed.
