  If the touchscreen on your Raymarine Marine Equipment does not operate as expected, ensure that the touch lock is disabled. The touch lock can be turned off on the home screen using the Joystick. Also, make sure you are operating the screen with bare fingers, as gloves may prevent correct operation. Calibrate the touchscreen using the setup menus. If there are saltwater deposits on the screen, carefully clean and dry the screen according to the provided instructions.

  If you have no wireless connection on your Raymarine Marine Equipment, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on the multifunction display. Also, make sure that the 'Bluetooth' option is enabled on the iPhone and that the Bluetooth device is paired with the multifunction display.

  If instrument, engine, or other system data is unavailable at all displays on your Raymarine Marine Equipment, check the data bus (e.g., SeaTalkng) wiring and connections to ensure data is being received at the display. Verify the overall integrity of the data bus (e.g., SeaTalkng) wiring. Check the source of the missing data (e.g., ST70 instrument or engine interface) to ensure it is operating. Also, check the power to the SeaTalk bus. If a software mismatch between equipment is suspected, contact Raymarine technical support.

  If you experience a momentary freeze in the image on your Raymarine Marine Equipment, it is due to FFC (Flat Field Correction). The image will pause momentarily on a periodic basis during the Flat Field Correction (FFC) cycle.

  If there is no waypoint/routes synchronization with the Navionics Marine app on your Raymarine Marine Equipment, the smartphone/tablet may not have the “Navionics Marine” app installed and running. Download the “Navionics Marine” app from the relevant app store and start the app on the device.

  If your Raymarine Marine GPS System product will not boot up or is in a re-boot loop, first refer to the solutions for 'Product does not turn on or keeps turning off'. If the issue persists, it could be due to software corruption. Try re-flashing the latest software from the Raymarine website. As a last resort, on display products, you can try to perform a ‘Power on Reset’; however, this will delete all settings/presets and user data (such as waypoints and tracks) and revert the unit back to factory defaults.

  If your Raymarine Monitor displays 'No Data' or 'No scanner message', check the scanner power supply cable to ensure it's sound and connections are tight and free from corrosion. Also, check that the scanner is correctly connected to a Raymarine network switch or SeaTalkhs crossover coupler, as applicable. Ensure the scanner pedestal switch is in the ON position.
