6.4 Cored berglass hull mounting
If installing in a cored berglass hull the transducer should be
mounted in a non-cored section.
Before installing in a cored section of the hull the area around
the hole must be adequately strengthened to ensure it is not
damaged when tightening the transducer.
Important: Installation in a cored hull should only be carried
out by a competent marine installer.
