Administrator Options
Administrator Operation
From this menu you will be able to set and change options for the auto attendant and the
conference bridge. This includes recording custom auto attendant and conference room
greetings, changing passwords and resetting the 25801 digital router to its default settings.
Password is required to access this menu
Default password is 0000.
Auto Attendant
The Auto-attendant settings can be set under the Auto Attendant sub-menu.
1. Press the Menu softkey.
2. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll to “Administrator”.

Key in your selection with the dialing pad.
Forward Messages
To forward the message which on playing to other stations, you can: press "8" during the mes-
sage playing, then follow the voice prompt to forward the current message to other station.
Accessing your Voicemail from Another Location
You can access many features of this voicemail when you are away from your phone. To
Connecting with the Voicemail
1. Call your phone number.
2. After the Auto-Attendant answers, enter your extension number followed the "*" key, such
as "*101". If the extension is active, input your password and then wait the unit announces
“You have xx new and xx old messages” then follow the menu to access your mailbox.
NOTE: the prompt menu please refer to message playback section.
NOTE: If you want to access the GDM mailbox, you should enter "*90*” after the
Auto-Attendant a nswers, then input the password follow the prompt.
