use the touch tone pad on your phone to enter the corresponding letters for the memory
you want to review. For example, press the 5 key to display phone book memories that start
with the letter J. Press the 5 key twice to go to memories starting with the letter K.

1. Press the DIR button.
2. Press the MEMORY LOG button (1-16).
Editing a Name or Number Stored in Phone Book (Directory)

1. Press the DIR button.
2. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to the desired memory record.
3. Press the Store softkey and edit the content according to the steps in the Storing a
Name and Number in Memory section.

Location)
1. Press the DIR button.
2. Press the MEMORY LOG button (1-16).
3. Press the Store softkey and edit the content according to the steps in the Storing a
Name and Number in Memory section
Storing the Last Number Dialed
1. When the phone is idle, press the REDIAL/FORMAT button.
2. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to view the last six previously dialed
numbers.
3. While viewing the desired number, press the Store softkey twice.
4. Add the name as explained in the Storing A Name and Number in Memory section.
5. Press the Save softkey. SELECT LOCATION shows in the display.
