Starting with the left side fixed wheel legs
(3), attach left leg support bracket (14) to
the outside of the legs so it wraps around
them.
Hand tighten with bolt assembly order
pictured below.
Install Left Leg Support Bracket
Install Front Folding Shelf

Step 3
Unfold the front shelf (17) using the finger
releases so that it can be installed.
Using the two remaining leg bolts, attach
the front folding shelf with the front legs.
Hand tighten with bolt assembly order
pictured below.
