START button
Press the button to start the computer or start the program
STOP button
Press the button to pause the program, press this button twice the LCD will return to
power on status.
FITNESS TEST button
Press the button to start the Fitness Test set up.
UP-/DOWN-Button
Press this button to increase the current assigned value in PROGRAM MODE.
