  If the walking belt on your Reebok Treadmill slows down when you walk on it, ensure you are using a surge suppressor that meets the specifications. If the walking belt is too tight, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the provided allen wrench to turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise a quarter of a turn. You should be able to lift the edges of the belt 3 to 4 inches. Plug the cord back in, insert the key, and run the treadmill briefly. Repeat until the belt is properly tightened. Overtightening can damage the belt and reduce performance.

  If the walking belt on your Reebok Treadmill is off-center or slips, unplug the power cord and remove the key. If the belt has shifted left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise a half turn with the allen wrench; if it has shifted right, turn the bolt counterclockwise a half turn. Avoid overtightening. Plug the treadmill back in, insert the key, and run it for a few minutes. Repeat until centered. If the belt slips, turn both rear roller bolts clockwise a quarter turn. You should be able to lift each side of the belt 3 to 4 inches. Keep the belt centered. Plug it back in, insert the key, and carefully walk on it for a few minutes. Repeat until properly tightened.
