How to turn on my Reebok RBTL17910?
    • C
      Christopher RamseyAug 9, 2025
First, ensure the power cord of your Reebok Treadmill is plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is connected to a grounded outlet. Use a single-outlet surge suppressor meeting the specifications on page 9. Note that the treadmill isn't compatible with GFCI outlets. Also, make sure the key is fully inserted into the console. Check the on/off switch located near the power cord to ensure it's in the 'on' position. Finally, examine the circuit breaker; if the switch protrudes, wait five minutes before pressing it back in to reset.

Why is the walking belt on my Reebok RBTL17910 off-center or slipping?
    • B
      becktammyAug 16, 2025
If the walking belt of your Reebok Treadmill is off-center, remove the key and unplug the power cord. For a belt shifted to the left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn; for a shift to the right, turn the bolt counterclockwise 1/2 turn. If the belt slips, unplug the unit and turn both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. Ensure proper tightness, allowing a 3-4 inch lift on each side. Keep the belt centered, then plug in the power cord, insert the key, and walk on the treadmill briefly.

Why does the walking belt on my Reebok Treadmill slow down when I walk on it?
    • K
      kari93Aug 21, 2025
If the walking belt of your Reebok Treadmill slows down when walked on, use a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets the specifications on page 9. If the walking belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use an allen wrench to turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift each side of the walking belt 3 to 4 inches off the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes.

How to fix the Speed/Minutes-Mile display on my Reebok RBTL17910?
    • P
      pwarrenAug 26, 2025
If the Speed/Minutes-Mile display on your Reebok Treadmill console isn't working correctly, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Take off the screws from the hood and carefully remove it. Find the Reed Switch and the Magnet on the left side of the Pulley. Ensure the gap between them is about 1/8 inch. If needed, loosen the Reed Switch Screw and adjust the Reed Switch slightly. Put the hood back on and test the treadmill for a correct speed reading.

Why do the displays and indicators on my Reebok Treadmill console stay lit after the key is removed?
    • P
      Peter MolinaAug 30, 2025
If the displays on your Reebok Treadmill console stay lit after removing the key, and a 'd' appears, the console is in 'demo' mode. To exit this mode, hold down the STOP button while inserting the key. Ensure there's no 'd' in the CALS/FAT CALS display; if there is, press the SPEED – button until the display is blank, then remove the key.
