How to fix Reebok RBTL16911 Treadmill when the power does not turn on?
    • S
      Shaun HannaAug 12, 2025
First, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into a surge suppressor, which is then plugged into a grounded outlet. Note that GFCI-equipped outlets are not compatible with the treadmill. Also, check that the key is fully inserted into the console. Verify that the circuit breaker near the power cord hasn't tripped; if it has, wait five minutes before resetting it. Finally, confirm the on/off switch near the power cord is in the 'on' position.

How to stop my Reebok RBTL16911 Treadmill walking belt from slowing down when I walk on it?
    • C
      cheryl75Aug 31, 2025
First, use only a single-outlet surge suppressor. If the walking belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the allen wrench to turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. When properly tightened, you should be able to lift the edges of the walking belt 3 to 4 inches off the walking platform. Keep the walking belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert the key and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.
