Connect the device via USB cable for charging. Orange light indicates status.
Turn on the IQ-LOGGER™ and enable Bluetooth on the computer for pairing.
Launch the REFLEX IQ-LOGGER™ application and press the Sync button.
Create a new project within the software, specifying details like name and units.
Add a drillhole entry, including name, type, planned depth, and azimuths.
Set up drillhole configuration, logger name, core alignment, and feature lists.
Press and hold side buttons until green and blue lights turn on, red light flashes.
Wave the device in a figure-eight pattern five times, then place on a flat surface.
Place the device on the drillhole orientation line, point downhole, and press a side button.
Define the starting depth and select the structural feature from the dropdown list.
Roll the device along the core on the orientation line, monitoring depth increase.
Position the device so the alignment marker is inline with the first structure.
Lift the device, align the laser with the structure, and click the front button to record.
Slide device to the next structure, align with orientation line, and click side button.
Change the structure type setting on the device using the Back button.
Align laser with structure, click front button to record measurement.
Repeat logging steps for all relevant structures of interest.
Use the Sync function to upload collected data to the Hub.
Press and hold side buttons until all indicator lights extinguish to turn off.
Review recorded data, filter by depth, and edit/delete entries as needed.
