TYPICAL IGNITION SWITCH
Do not leave ignition switch in the ON position when the engine is
not running. Otherwise, draining of the battery may occur.
DISPLAY PANEL
Your boat may be equipped with
a manufacturer-specic display
panel, sometimes referred to as a
chartplotter or “glass cockpit.”
The panel can be dedicated to a
single function such as switching,
or multi-functional for engines,
navigation, systems, etc. Some
multi-function displays allow side-
by-side or four-quadrant display of information at the same time. The
panel can also be dedicated to the propulsion system.
Operation of the display can vary by type, brand, and installed options;
be sure to read the display operation information and control specic
user manuals for proper use.
