7.3 Alarm Level “SEt ALA”
Activates the alarm relay (common alarm), if present, follow-
ing malfunction.
The alarm relay is always activated when the limit values
“S¯
¯”, “¯te”, “S P” are exceeded, upon sensor break
down (Pt100-probe also with short circuit), and
when “S 1”,
“S 2” are exceeded.
The desired setting can be reached by pressing the “∆” or
“∇” keys.
To move backwards: press the “P” key for a maximum of
2 s.
To return to the operating level with display of the set and
actual values from any desired display, press the “P” key for
3 s.
“PoS.” Relay 1, 2 or 3 (according to programming in the
System Level “SEt SyS” Section 7.6) is activated in
the event of alarm
“PoS” Relay 1, 2 or 3 (according to programming in the
System Level “SEt SyS” Section 7.6) is released in
the event of alarm. For all of the following malfunc-
tions:
“ALA.” Relay is activated when malfunction occurs.
“ALA” Relay is not activated.
If the alarm has to been reset once and the malfunction still
exists, the alarm relay will be reactivated after a pro-
grammable time between 1 and 600 s until the malfunction
has been corrected.
After the correction of the malfunction the “Alarm Reset”
key has to be pressed twice in order to eliminate the alarm
and the alarm display. 0 = function off.
Malfunction at heating stage 1.
Malfunction at heating stage 2. Appears only with units hav-
ing 2 heating stages.
The amount of flow has fallen below its lower limit value.
Appears only if measurement of flow rate is present.
The flow monitor has been tripped. Appears only when flow
monitoring and/or print «digital inputs» are present.
Insufficient heat transfer fluid in the unit.
