Device doesn’t work after turning it on.
a. Check the building’s fuse
b. Check the device’s fuse.
Safety valve (10) opens or water drips.
a. Slightly down-regulate heating control (5)
and call service. Note: If applicable,
don’t remove cover and don’t close
opening.
b. Tank is overfilled → drain some water
off.
Control lamp (3) shines, although water has
been filled up and steam was taken out.
Temperature limiter (11) or heating control
(5) switched off by itself → Set heating
control to max. and press temperature limiter
at the back of he device again after cooling
down.
Device might be calcified, valve might be
blocked, buttons or valves defective → call
customer service.
Heating control (5) is not set to max.
Device might be calcified, valve might be
blocked → decalcify.
Touch contact screw (15) at the steam
gun while jetting
(see chapter 2.2 Specific Safety Notes).
→ Ventilate tank by activating steam gun
button (13).
Machine doesn’t work after turning it on,
power switch (2) doesn’t shine.
No power at the socket → Check the
building’s fuse.
Machine’s fuse has blown.
→ Unplug the whole unit and change the
device’s fuse (12).
In case of water in the housing shut down
device and pull the plug. Contact customer
service.
Attention: Water temperature range up to
150 degrees C – Danger of scalding!
