Operation2 Jet nozzle - removal & replacement
1. Disconnect the supply tube from the nozzle, accessible from
beneath the fascia behind the radio aperture.
2. Remove the nut and washer securing the nozzle to the body
and push out the nozzle.
Replace in reverse order. Adjust the jets for spray direction.
Operation 3 Estate/van rear washer nozzle - removal &
replacement
1. Remove the cover from inside the door, secured by six
screws.
2. Pull the supply tube from the nozzle.
3. The nozzle is a push fit in the door, using a "one fit" clip.
(Figure 2) Although designed to be used once only, these can be
removed and re-used with care.
Replace in reverse order.
