TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Check
My device does not start. Make sure the adapter is properly
connected to the device and that it is
plugged into an electrical outlet on the
wall.
There is no light pulse when the device
touches my skin.
Check that the device is connected and the
ready light is on. Make sure that the
treatment window is evenly and rmly
pressed to the skin and that you are moving
the device across your skin. It is also
possible that your skin colour is too dark.
The skin tone tester light and the ready
light blink.
The skin colour is too dark.
One or more lights blink. The device has malfunctioned.
The device has stopped working and is in
standby mode.
Press the control button again to start the
device.
