  If all the lights on your Remington Hair Removal System are flashing and the unit is beeping constantly, there are several possible causes: * The nose cone may be removed or not properly attached. Check that the nose cone is correctly affixed to the hand piece, listening for a 'click' to confirm proper assembly. * Your skin tone may be too dark for the system. Refer to the Skin Tone Chart. If your skin tone is too dark, you cannot use the system. * You may not have used the skin tone sensor correctly. Try using the skin tone sensor again, following the instructions. * The skin tone sensor itself might not be working.

  If your Remington i-Light® Pro IPL system does not start, ensure the power cord is properly connected to both the i-Light® Pro system and a working electrical outlet. If the outlet is controlled by a wall switch, make sure the switch is on. You can also test the outlet by plugging another device into it to see if it works.

  If the hand piece of your Remington Hair Removal System doesn't beep when placed against your skin, the system might be locked. Unlock it using the skin tone sensor, following the instructions. Remember, the system locks again if not used for 5 minutes, so you'll need to unlock it after breaks or after turning it off. Also, ensure both skin contact sensors are fully touching your skin for the system to operate. It needs to be flat against your skin. If you're treating a small area, try pulling your skin taut to create a larger flat surface for the window to contact. The system won't work if the entire window doesn't touch your skin.

  When the Cool Down Mode Indicator icon is flashing yellow and the Remington Hair Removal System is beeping, it means the hand piece needs to cool down. This can happen if the hand piece or base unit becomes too hot, or if the room is too warm. Wait a few minutes for the system to cool down. The Cool Down Mode Indicator light will turn off when the system is ready to use again. To prevent this, use the system in a cooler environment where the temperature is less than 80° F or 27° C.
