EXTERNAL LIGHTING AND SIGNALS
Side/tail lights
Turn the end of stalk 1 until
the symbol is aligned opposite
mark 2.
Dipped beam headlights
Turn the end of stalk 1 until
the symbol is aligned opposite
mark 2.
A light on the instrument panel will
light up.
Main beam headlights
With stalk 1 in the dipped
beam position, pull the stalk
towards you.
When the main beam headlights are
lit, an indicator light lights up on
the instrument panel.
To return to the dipped headlight
position, pull the stalk towards you.
Switching off the lights
Turn the end of s ta lk 1 back
to its original position.
Lights on warning buzzer
When a door is opened a buzzer will
sound to warn you that the lights are
still switched on after the ignition
has been turned off (to prevent
discharge of the battery, etc.).
Before driving at night, check that the electrical equipment is
operating correctly and adjust the headlight beams (if your vehicle
is not carrying its normal load). In general, check that the lights are
not obscured (by dirt, mud, snow or objects covering them).
