BONNET (continued)
Lift the bonnet, release stay 4 from
its holder 3 and, for your own safety,
it is very important to fix it into
retainer 5 in the bonnet.
To close the bonnet, refit stay 4 in its
holder 5, grip the bonnet in the
middle and lower it down to 8
inches (20 cm) above the closed
position, then release. It will lock
automatically under its own weight.
Ensure it is correctly
locked.
Anyoperationonor
modification to the fuel
supply system (computers,
wiring, fuel circuit,
injector, protective covers...) is
strictly forbidden due to the safety
risks it may entail and should only
be carried out by qualified staff
from the Renault network.
Before closing the bonnet, check to
make sure that nothing has been
left in the engine compartment.
