22 • Device failure
Two types of errors are defined:
– Error: The device is subject to a severe malfunction and will shut down.
– Warning: The device is experiencing a malfunction but may/will continue to operate.
The errors can be visualized in different ways:
• Installer app
– If an error occurs during the installation process, a message will appear. The fault may be of
the error or warning type:
How to continue the installation process?
Error Requires corrective action to continue the installation process.
Warning
Advice to take corrective action. However, the installation process
can still be continued without corrective action.
The error message is always accompanied by some possible solutions to remedy the
problem.
