Some Amiga keyboard keys do not exist on a modern USB keyboard, so are
mapped to the following keys:
Amiga key USB keyboard key(s)
Left solid Amiga ‘A’ Left Windows logo / Left Meta / Insert
Right hollow Amiga ‘A’ Right Windows logo / Right Meta / Home
Help Page Down
On the Amiga keyboard there are also the keys “(” and “)” on the numeric
keypad. These cannot be pressed using a USB keyboard, but can be pressed
using the virtual keyboard (see "Using the virtual keyboard" on page 8).
