If your Reverie 3EM™ Wireless Power Base isn't activating, try these steps: First, program the remote control, referring to the Remote Control Guide included with the product. Ensure the power down box is easily accessible, and relocate it if needed. Next, unplug the power cord, wait 45 seconds, and plug it back in to reset the electronic components. Also, check your electrical service breaker box to make sure a circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Finally, test the outlet by plugging in another working appliance to ensure the surge protection device or outlet isn't defective.
