Also, check your electrical service breaker box to make sure a circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Finally, test the outlet by plugging in another working appliance to ensure the surge protection device or outlet isn't defective.

Elevate the power base and check for, and remove, any obstructions. Also, the head section may be too close to the wall. Ensure there's a 1.5” to 2” distance between the headboard brackets and the mattress, adjusting if needed.
